The Libra Partnership
A professional website and online marketing that’s easy to manage on their own
James and Zita, the couple behind The Libra Partnership had DIY’d their website which they felt was static, lacked energy and character. They also needed to be able to able to update it with their writing as well as promote, book and sell in-person workshops.
When they came to me they were struggling to keep track of workshops sales compeleted via Eventbrite as well as communications around each of their live workshops.
I designed a new Squarespace website and re-worked their existing copy to structure key messages, visuals, text and CTAs (calls to action).
The new design and messaging highlights James and Zita’s compelling back stories (James is a Barrister and Zita has an impressive career in fashion and counseling) that resonates with their ideal clients.
They were looking for a long-term partner for their digital strategy and marketing, but James and Zita also needed to be able to stand on their own feet and independently run the site day to day.
To help with this I created a library of training videos allowing them to execute common tasks as needed without my help.
We eliminated administrative headaches by bringing workshop booking and sales as well as email marketing all under one roof. They are now able to publish content, sell workshops and send automated email messages to participants all via their Squarespace site.

WHAT WE DID
Through launching the website and refining their messaging, James and Zita realized, that despite some overlap, their audience fell into two distinct groups. Their considerable amount of content and their workshop offers needed to be surfaced specifically for each group.
This included the following activities:
→ Creating a funnel on the homepage and main navigation to help site visitors find the most resonant, relevant content
→Designing separate mailing lists for each group, with unique opt-in pages
→ Leveraging existing content (podcasts, trade journal articles) to demonstrate expertise
→ Implementing tags and categories to surface relevant workshops and content in different areas of the site for each audience
