Template support includes help with:

• Templates not functioning correctly

• Problems with template transfer to your Squarespace account

• Invoicing (ex. not receiving one)

Template support does not include:

• Learning how to use Squarespace

• Troubleshooting problems with custom code

• Resolving Squarespace subscriptions

• Design guidance or services

• Adding additional functionality to your template (blog, email sign-up, additional pages, etc.)
