HOW IT WORKS

90 minutes - 2 hours. We hit the ground running. I’ll lead you through a set of guided questions to elucidate your positioning, tell your story and articulate your offers, services and expertise.
We’ll also take care of housekeeping issues (domains, artefact gathering method, legal items) -
You’ll receive a walk through of your completely designed website, complete with branding and copy.
We’ll also take care of tasks like domain connection, setting up legal pages and policies and your Squarespace account. I will guide you for all of it. Then, we’ll launch! -
I’ll walk you through your site and show you how to edit and manage your site. I’ll also create a personalized video tutorial you can access at any time.
I’ll be available to you via email for 30 days. You’ll get help within 12 hours (usually sooner) during week days.

I’ve been at this game since the mind 90s. I’ve worked as an art director, web designer and UX practitioner at global agencies large and small on projects for clients like Vodafone, GM, T-Online, BMW and Fidelity Investments.
I put my background as both a creative practitioner and a creative project manager to work for you. I have learned and then taught creative tams how to get high-quality work done on time.

If you’re on or in the US east coast, Europe, Africa, or the Middle East we’re good to go. I do occasionally work with clients from the US west coast (where I’m from!) but due to the time difference we stagger the usual hours. We can discuss if it makes sense for both of us.

I will make sure basic SEO settings are in place (site title, description, browser icons, etc.) and do some basic keyword research to include in your website copy. However SEO is a separate, long-term marketing exercise to be undertaken after the site is launched.

I’ve managed teams to work on complex websites often coordinating with development teams on the other side of the world on multi-million Euro projects.
I’ve also helped scores of consultants, experts and authorities professionalize their online presence.
